Everyday, we hear about new catastrophes that happen here and there all around the globe. Our world is sick, wars, terrorism, financial crisis; many diseases are weakening our life and the life of others. The world is fragile, life is fragile, and that is why we all need to connect to each other to find new solutions, better solutions to make the world a sustainable and a better place with peace, freedom and equity for all of us.
We strongly believe in the power of the youth to impulse a new way of thinking. We believe in a huge community of minds, working all together to promote a better world.
The Locomotive project just started, taking people to a better future.

Our globalized world is getting smaller thanks to the telecommunication, cheap air fares, internet and a ever more connected youth. The European Union broke down the borders in Western Europe and is expanding itself to the eastern part. Nowadays the people are given opportunities to travel through Europe and the world, to get information about other countries and cultures, to connect with people from everywhere in the world in order to change things and make this world better.
However, the youth of Europe is facing a wall which makes them blind to these opportunities. This wall is separating the young people, their thoughts, ideas and dreams from the NGOs, institutions and other organisations that need new thoughts, ideas and dreams.
Many young people in Europe have the motivations, ideas  and the will to work on projects to improve the situation in Europe or outside of Europe. Unfortunately, these young starters are not aware of all the possibilities and opportunities that are offered to them.

People don’t open their eyes enough to their surroundings

People often think that their dreams or wishes are not possible

People sometimes do not believe

People don’t respect the environment in their daily life thinking it is useless

People don’t travel because they think it is too expensive

People don’t live the way they really want to live

People don’t dream because they don’t see hope

People don’t know what to do because they don’t know what they can do!
